Founded in 1988, YUELONG is a company specializing in the manufacturing of nonwoven machinery with 30 years’ experience of R&D and production. We self-produce the main frame, cylinder, roller, needle plate and some other parts of nonwoven machines, while we purchase the motor, bearing, etc from other brands.
Design
The design team of YUELONG comprises many experienced engineers who are familiar with the international design standards, industrial standards, drafting standards, as well as are professional in CAD drawing, product development and design, etc.
In recent years, we have been adjusting the equipment to satisfy different customers’ needs.

The two side plates of main frame adopts φ35mm high quality thick carbon steel plate, and the transverse bar of crossbeam adopts φ25mm high quality thick Carbon Steel Plate.

The needles on needle board are random needles, the top bed plate adopts magnesium aluminum alloy, the pinhole of bed plate is taper type, the stripper plate adopts manganese steel surface electroplated (10mm).

The cylinder adopts high carbon steel and alloy-steel as the raw materials, in order to achieve long service life and be suitable for processing of different fibers.
Outsourcing Components
Bearing
The bearing adopts TWB brand and LYC brand to be high quality and more efficiency.
Motor
High efficiency, low noise, slight vibration, high locked-rotor torque, stable running and suitable for machinery without the requirement of special performance are features of this motor. The rated voltage of this motor is 380V, but can also be made to 220V, 400V, 415V, 660V, 1140V, etc. The frequency of this motor is 50Hz, but can also be made to 60Hz. The size and power of this motor are totally conformed to the IEC standard and Germany DIN42673 standard. The protection class of this motor is IP44, and the cooling type of this motor is 1C411. The insulation class of this motor can achieve level B or level F, which enables the motor to keep stable running under 40℃ ambient temperature.

Workers are polishing the main frame to remove rust spots and weld points, in order to keep wholly smooth and clean.
