The fibers used for manufacturing nonwovens, such as cotton, bast fiber and terylene are always transported to the factory in a compact package. To improve the quality of nonwovens produced, the raw materials need to be opened and the impurities in the raw materials need to be removed. We can offer you cotton opener, coir fiber opener and combined opener, which can tear apart large chunks of fibers into small chunks and remove the impurities.
