Thermobonding Oven
When you want to produce Non-glue cotton or polyester wadding, you will need one drying oven which can melt low melting point fiber of fiber web, increase the tension of fiber web and promote drying for the glue on the spray-bonded nonwovens. You will need this drying oven especially when you want to produce more than 10mm nonwoven fabrics, because conventional needling process cannot satisfy your needs and the drying oven can increase the tension of fiber web after you put multilayer bedding of fiber web from last process together. This drying oven for coir fiber can be used for heat setting of coir fiber with certain air permeability after needling.

- Thermal Bonding OvenThermal bonding oven is used for the thermal treatment of thick fiber web from last process, in order to melt the low melting point fiber in fiber web and increase the tension of fiber web. Non-glue cotton does not contain glue and thus more environmental.

- Spray Bonding OvenSpray bonding oven is mainly used for drying treatment of spray adhesives on thicker fiber web from last process. The purpose is to increase the strength of fiber web, set the fiber web and prevent the fiber from being loose.
